PURPOSE: An air-vent dial rotating support structure for a vehicle is provided to improve the heat-resisting property and the durability of an air vent without a separate component and to steadily give the air vent click feeling. CONSTITUTION: An air-vent dial rotating support structure for a vehicle comprises a dial(20) rotatably installed in the dial holding part(11) of a housing(10). An elastic retention piece(21) is formed on one side of the upper part of the dial, an elastic support formed on one side of the O-ring installed on the upper part of the dial is installed at the lower part of the elastic retention piece, a retention protrusion corresponding to the elastic retention piece is formed on the upper part in the housing. An O-ring insertion groove is formed on the upper part of the dial and a cut portion for inserting the elastic support of the O-ring is formed on one side of the o-ring insertion groove.
