PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring alignment deflection of segment girders and method for correcting misalignment is provided to compensate misalignment by controlling the pressure of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring alignment deflection of segment girder comprises a measuring unit, a controller(120), and a monitoring unit(130). The measuring unit measures the displacement between a non-driving roll girder(54) and a driving roll girder(52). The controller produces the alignment deviation and analyzes the displacement. The monitoring unit displays the displacement and alignment deviation. The measuring unit comprises an absolute displacement measured position sensor(112) and a relative displacement measured position sensor(114).
