PURPOSE: A mothproof multilayer film is provided to secure the high UV leak-tightness and the excellent optical transmittancy, and to economically manufacture the multilayer film. CONSTITUTION: A mothproof multilayer film comprises the following: a first film layer(A) containing a polyester-based resin, with the inherent viscosity of 0.6~1; and a second film layer(B) containing 30~50wt% of polyethylene naphthalate, with the inherent viscosity of 0.5~1. The multilayer film includes 60~90wt% of first film layer, and 10~40wt% of second film layer. The layers of the multilayer film has the coextruded UV penetration rate of 0.03~2%. The second film layer is formed with a copolymer containing an ethylene terephthalate monomer and an ethylenenaphthalate monomer, or a mixture containing polyethylene terephthalate and the polyethylene naphthalate.
