PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posttreatment agent used for forming a chromium-free environment-friendly film which provides a film treatment appearance not damaging the surface appearance of a galvanized material mainly used for building materials used outdoors such as steel pipes, roads (a guardrail and a pillar), gratings, bridges, steel towers, railroad official houses and joints, and which imparts corrosion resistance and chemical conversion reactivity in the post process to the galvanized material, and to provide a galvanized material subjected to surface treatment using the posttreatment agent. SOLUTION: The posttreatment agent contains: a compound (A) containing at least one kind of element selected from a group selected from among zirconium and titanium; a compound (B) containing at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of vanadium, molybdenum and tungsten; and an inorganic compound (C) selected from phosphorous, wherein the blending ratio of the compound is limited.
