<p>A power configuration method, device and system are provided. By calculating power offset of a User Equipment (UE), power of a signal reaching a base station which is transmitted by an expected UE is divided into two parts of cell-level expected power and power offset of the UE. The power offset of the UE could be distinguishingly configured according to characteristics of the UE, thus achieving differentiated configuration of different UEs and meeting requirements of the different UEs, such as the velocity requirement and the service requirement.</p> |
