<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic composition which can be sintered at a low temperature of about 800-850°C. <P>SOLUTION: The composition is formed by mixing a ferrite material composed of 40-50 mol% of Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 15-25 mol% of NiO, 5-20 mol% of CuO, and 15-25 mol% of ZnO with 1-10 vol.% of bismuth glass. The bismuth glass includes 40-96 wt.% of Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0-30 wt.% of ZnO, 0-20 wt.% of SiO<SB>2</SB>, 0-25 wt.% of B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0-8 wt.% BaO, and 0-8 wt.% of Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>. The magnetic composition can be sintered at a target low temperature and can have a dielectric constant of 50 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
