<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle chassis frame structure for enabling mounting/demounting work for a transmission without being disturbed by stabilizer brackets or others. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A chassis frame 20 has a pair of side rails 21, 22, and an outrigger member 40 extending in the cross direction of a vehicle. The outrigger member 40 is fixed to the upper sides of the side rails 21, 22. Under the outrigger member 40 inside the side rails 21, 22 in the cross direction of the vehicle, the stabilizer brackets 80, 81 are detachably mounted. The stabilizer brackets 80, 81 each have a reinforcing bead portion 92. One end 85a of a cross member 85 is detachably fastened to the reinforcing bead portion 92 of one stabilizer bracket 80, and the other end 85b of the cross member 85 is detachably fastened to the reinforcing bead portion 92 of the other stabilizer bracket 81.
