<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a warning or an announcement to a riding person and/or a medical organization, etc., by determining the body condition of the riding person of a vehicle, based on biological information. <P>SOLUTION: A body temperature sensor 2 and a heart rate sensor 3 are incorporated in a helmet 1, so as to measure the body temperature and the heart rate of the riding person. A biological abnormality detecting part 32 determines the body condition by retrieving a body condition determination table with the body temperature and the heart rate as parameters. The body temperature and the heart rate or the body condition are given as warnings from a warning device 39 (including a speaker 5, etc.).
