PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-ride type vehicle capable of miniaturizing a vehicle body. SOLUTION: This saddle-ride type vehicle includes a saddle-ride seat 5 for making an occupant seated thereon, an article storage box 60 arranged under the saddle-ride seat 5 and opened and closed by the saddle-ride seat 5, a swing unit 21 arranged under the article storage box 60, and a fuel tank 50 arranged in front of the swing unit 21. A battery storage box 70 for storing a battery 8 is connected to a front part of the article storage box 60, and the battery 8 is arranged in front of the article storage box 60 and above the fuel tank 50.
