<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate film for laminated glass, which is excellent in sound insulation properties in a low-temperature environment of 0°C or lower and is excellent in heat resistance, and laminated glass obtained using the intermediate film for laminated glass. <P>SOLUTION: The intermediate film for laminated glass has at least an intermediate layer and protective layers formed on both sides of the intermediate layer, provided that the intermediate layer has a region 1 wherein temperature T1 representing the maximum value of tanδat a frequency of 1 Hz is 0°C or lower and a region 2 wherein temperature T2 representing the maximum value of tanδat a frequency of 1 Hz is higher than T1.
