PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor in which deviation in rolling of an anode (cathode) foil or separator paper is suppressed. SOLUTION: A first anode foil 3 is located on one side, opposed to a first portion 5a of a cathode foil 5, and a second anode foil 4 is located on the other side, opposed to a second portion 5b of the cathode foil 5. First separator paper 6 is located between the first portion 5a of the cathode foil 5 and the first anode foil 3, and second separator paper 7 is located on the other side with respect to the cathode foil 5, opposed to the first portion 5a of the cathode foil 5. Third separator paper 8 is located between the second portion 5b of the cathode foil 5 and the second anode foil 4, and fourth separator paper 9 is located on one side with respect to the cathode foil 5, opposed to the second portion 5b of the cathode foil 5.
