THE MAKING METHOD OF MULTI LAYER COATING GLASS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a multi-layer film coated glass is provided to reduce the hotwire transmittivity of a material glass by forming a fireproof coating film, a low-emission coating film, and an anti-pollution coating film on the material glass. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a multi-layer film coated glass comprises the following steps: forming silica sol by mixing tetra ethyl ortho silicate(TEOS), ethanol, and nitric acid(S10); firstly coating a material glass using the silica sol(S20); forming SnO_2 sol by mixing anhydrous citric acid, anhydrous ethanol, tin chloride, and antimony chloride(S30); secondly coating the material glass using the SnO_2 sol(S40); forming TiO_2 sol by mixing a surfactant, isopropanol, acetic acid, the anhydrous ethanol, and tetraisopropoxide(TTIP)(S50); and thirdly coating the material glass with the TiO_2 sol(S60).
