PURPOSE: A media carrying device of an automatic teller machine is provided to simply open and close the media transfer path to one task by together performing opening and closing operation of second transport units through an inter-working unit. CONSTITUTION: A first transport unit supports the single-side of the paper medium in order to transport. A plurality of second transport units is arranged to be faced with the first transport unit. The second transport units support the other side of the paper medium. The media transfer path is formed between the first and second transport units. Second transport units open and close a part of the media transfer path. An inter-working unit(160) together connects each second transport unit. An locking unit(170) is formed among second transport units in a one. The locking unit locks the operation of opening and closing unit in the ratio openness of the media transfer path.
