PURPOSE: A reference voltage generation circuit is provided to improve the stability of the reference voltage generation circuit by reducing an starting point according to start-up. CONSTITUTION: An operational amplifier(100) outputs a certain voltage according to a reference voltage. A reference voltage is inputted to an inverting input terminal and a non-inverting input terminal. A starting circuit(300) includes a first type transistor. The starting circuit operates the operational amplifier when a sleep mode is changed into an operation mode. A first type transistor generates a band gap output voltage.
