PURPOSE: A system and a method using fuzzy control for the plate thickness, and fuzzy thickness control apparatus are provided to improve productivity by reducing the thickness deviation of the steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: A system and a method using fuzzy control for the plate thickness comprises a rolling part(110), a data managing server(130) and an intelligence thickness controller(120). The rolling part controls the process of the rolling mill(10). The rolling part on a real time basis outputs processing data according to the process. The rolling part measures the thickness of the steel sheet. The data managing server in advance manages the information of the steel sheet and fixed the thickness indicated value. The intelligence thickness controller is in advance input the fixed the thickness indicated value from the establishment data managing server. The intelligence thickness controller calculates the roll cap the amount of change by using the thickness indicated value.
