PURPOSE: A method and a device for extracting parameters for device models are provided to extract constant parameters of compact models for semiconductor devices. CONSTITUTION: A computer(200) comprises at least one processor(202) combined with a memory(204). The processor executes a program code for extracting parameters for compact models about semiconductor devices. The program code defines parameters of the first set with the same value about all devices. The parameters of the first set are related to the first and second semiconductor devices. The program code defines parameters of the second set related to the first and second semiconductor devices.
