PLANTING BASE, AND PLANTING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting base which is disposed so as to rise along the surface of a structure and water supplied thereto is favorably flown to planting soil charged into the base while being interfered by a plate material at the top end part of the base. SOLUTION: The planting base 1 is disposed in a rising posture and is produced by being subjected to die-cut or injection molding for planting seeds, seedlings and the like to grow plants on a rising surface 2. The planting base 1 is formed into a box shape by the square rising part 2 functioning as a surface where the plants grow in a rising posture, and surrounding plates 3 extending from the four peripheries to the back side of the rising part. Hole- or notch-like water supply parts 5 are formed on the surrounding plate 3 which is one of the four surrounding plates 3 and which positions at the top end when making the rising part 2 rise. The water supply part 5 positions above the planting pots 4 which are lined up side to side below the rising part 2 of the planting base 1 and which are adjacent to one another.
