PURPOSE: A soundproof wall with an echo-function is provided to effectively prevent noise and to improve air permeability by forming a ventilation space between soundproof panels. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall(100) with an echo-function comprises multiple soundproof panels(110), a mesh fence(120) for preventing road kill, and multiple plants(130). The soundproof panels are installed along a roadside at uniform intervals and are arranged in a zigzag shape. The mesh fence is installed along the roadside and guides the movement of wild animals. The plants are located between the soundproof panels.
