A heating kettle (1) for solid fuels, in particular, from renewable raw materials, with a heat exchanger, supplied with hot exhaust gases within the kettle housing for heating a heat transfer medium, with a condensation heat exchanger (3) arranged before the heat transfer medium duct and with an induced draught fan (9) arranged after the heat exchanger with relation to the exhaust gas duct. According to the invention, the latent heat in the exhaust gas can be advantageously used, wherein the condensation heat exchanger (3) supplied with the exhaust gases is arranged between the induced draft fan (9) and the heat exchanger and is arranged after the heat exchanger with relation to the exhaust gas duct. |
