PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing Korean traditional oil pastry and a method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce rancidity of the Korean traditional oil pastry and to minimize an absorption rate of oil in the Korean traditional oil pastry. CONSTITUTION: A frying part(100) fries Korean traditional oil pastry dough in oil(30). A first transfer conveyor(150) transfers half-finished pastry products which are not fried in the frying part. A heating body(200) heats the transferred half-finished pastry products with hot wind. A second transfer conveyor part(250) discharges the completed Korean traditional oil pastry to the outside. The first transfer conveyor part includes a wing conveyor(110) and an entry conveyor(120). The entry conveyor includes a fabric roller(125) removing oil with fabric. The heating body includes a hot air heating device(210), a forced ventilation device(240), an air circulating device(260), and a discharge hole(270). |
