THERMOPLASTIC RESIN HAVING EXCELLENT HEAT RESISTANCE AND IMPACT STRENGTH AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin is provided to maintain mechanical properties of the thermoplastic resin, to easily increase heat resistance of the thermoplastic resin, and to improve the balance of the heat resistance and the impact strength. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin having excellent heat resistance and impact strength is obtained through the copolymerization of 0.005-0.2 parts by weight of a polyfunctional vinyl compound and 1-10 parts by weight of N-substituted maleimide compound and an aromatic vinyl compound. The reactant includes 5-20 weight% of a conjugated-diene, 0.5-8 weight% of an aromatic elastic copolymer, 15-29 weight% of a heat resistant vinyl compound, 10-50 weight% of the aromatic vinyl compound, and 10-30 weight% of an unsaturataed nitrile-based compound.
