PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectral measuring device, capable of preventing the occurrence of dew condensation even when measuring a sample cooled to a desired temperature. SOLUTION: The spectral measuring device includes: an integrating sphere 20 in which a sample S to be measured is disposed in the interior, and which observes light to be measured emitted from the sample S; and a dewer 50 holding a refrigerant R for cooling the sample S and located with at least part thereof facing the interior of the integrating sphere 20. Gas generated from the refrigerant R is introduced into the integrating sphere 20 through predetermined gaps G1-G6 functioning as a gas introduction passage and a plurality of communicating passages 64 formed on a support 61. The gas introduced into the integrating sphere 20 absorbs moisture in the integrating sphere 20 to lower the temperature in the integrating sphere 20, thereby preventing the occurrence of dew condensation at a part exposed to the interior of the integrating sphere 20 in a second container 50b of the dewer 50.
