PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform editing and constitution so as to satisfy the request of a document user and to provide a document easily handleable for the user by providing the degree of freedom in the constitution of the document and freely combining and preparing many kinds of document constituting elements (sentence element pieces). SOLUTION: The structure of the document is constituted of the frame structure body of the entire document and the sentence element pieces to be buried in the frame structure body. At the time of preparing the document, the document is prepared by repeating the processing of performing selection from prepared many kinds of the sentence element pieces corresponding to request specifications and burying them in the frame structure body. Also, the sentence element piece is provided with information for indicating in which document preparation it is used and at which position of the document it is buried further. In the case that the sentence element piece is corrected or revised, all the prepared documents to be affected are traced and corrections and revisions are performed corresponding to the information. |
