IMPLANT HAVING ADVANCED ADHESIVE STRENGTH OF COATING LAYER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An implant having an improved bond strength of coating layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance the bond strength of the hydroxyapatite(HA) coating layer even in the low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an implant having the improved bond strength of coating layer includes: a process of controlling the average roughness of implant surface in 1.0 - 8.0 micrometer range; a process of making hydroxyapatite into the powder in a constant size; and a process of coating the implant surface less than 30 micrometer through the process that the hydroxyapatite powder is added to more than one gas among nitrogen, argon, helium, hydrogen carrier gas, and then the hydroxyapatite powder is collided on the implant surface at high speed in the vacuum chamber depressurized less than 10^-1torr.
