PURPOSE: An apparatus for dephosphorization of ferromanganese and a method for dephosphorization of ferromanganese are provided to reduce processing time by a mixing effect due to the rotation of a rotor and a pulverized body dispersing effect. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for dephosphorization of ferromanganese and comprises a rotor shaft, multiple agitating blades(20), a pulverized body blow pipe(30), and a drive motor. The rotor shaft is formed in the height direction. Multiple agitating blades are formed on the outer surface of the rotor shaft. The pulverized body blow pipe is formed inside the agitating blade. The pulverized body blow pipe has the pulverized body. The drive motor rotates the rotor shaft.
