The motor in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention can include: a shaft; a bearing supporting the shaft to rotate; a thrust plate supporting a lower end of the shaft a boss joined to the shaft and having a ring-shaped groove on a side facing the bearing; and a rotor joined to the boss.
