PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a video call method thereof are provided to enable a user to use a service without restriction by connecting to other provider networks. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(110) enables wireless communication. A memory(160) stores identifying information. If a requested video call is impossible after roaming, a control unit(180) determines a video call mode with reference to the location information including identifying information. The controller enables a video call through a wireless communication unit in the determined mode. The video call mode includes VSC(Video Share Call) and VT(Video Telephony).
