PURPOSE: A lens device and a photographing apparatus according to the present invention are provided to improve the product yield rate by restraining degradation. CONSTITUTION: A first lens(1), an aperture(5), a second lens(2), a third lens(3), and a fourth lens(4) are sequentially arranged from an object side to an image side. The first lens is the meniscus lens having the positive power. A second lens is the meniscus lens having an object side of convex shape and the negative power. The third lens is the meniscus lens having the upper surface of convex shape and the negative power.
