PURPOSE: An apparatus for implanting gypsum in a handle of a cooking tool is provided to secure more curing time of gypsum by preventing the gypsum paste from contacting the air. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for implanting gypsum in a handle of a cooking tool comprises a paste feed hopper(30), a mixing cylinder(40), a plaster powder tank(45), and a water tank(50). The paste feed hopper has a closed structure and a piston(32) which vertically reciprocates therein. The mixing cylinder is connected to the paste feed hopper, and a mixing screw is installed therein. The plaster powder tank and the water tank are connected to the mixing cylinder and supplies gypsum powder and water through valves(43,44).
