<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a transparent conductive sheet for obtaining a transparent conductive sheet endowed with both good conductivity and transparency by forming a transparent conductive film without damaging a transparent substrate, in forming the transparent conductive film on the transparent substrate by coating. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the transparent conductive sheet 10 including a transparent substrate 11 and a transparent conductive film 12 formed on the transparent substrate 11 includes a process of forming the transparent conductive film 12 by coating liquid containing transparent conductive particles on the transparent substrate 11, and a process of putting only the transparent conductive film 12 selectively under heating treatment.
