<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable reel controller, a method for controlling a cable reel, and a tire type crane for winding and rewinding a cable while stabilizing tensile force acting between a vehicle running by the cable reel and the external without being adversely affected by fluctuation of speed of the running vehicle.
