<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of evaluating the delamination in a laminate capable of evaluating the development of the delamination in the laminate starting from cracking even if the position of the cracking is unclear. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device of evaluating the delamination of the laminate includes a model forming means for forming the FEM analyzing model of the laminate, a behavior analyzing means for calculating the behaviors of respective elements at the time of a predetermined load condition using the FEM analyzing model to execute FEM analysis, a cracking decision means for determining whether the cracking occurs in the respective elements from the behavior analyzing result, a delamination development decision means for determining whether there is the development of the delamination of the laminate starting from the cracking from the behavior analyzing result in a case that the occurrence of the cracking is determined by the cracking decision means, and a delamination development evaluating means defining the state of the cracking produced in the FEM analyzing model by the model forming means in a case that the development of the delamination is determined by the delamination development decision means to calculate the behaviors of the respective elements at the time of the load condition by the behavior analyzing means and repeatedly performing processing for determining the development of the delamination by the delamination development decision means.
