<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blinker device for a vehicle that can reduce an impact noise generated between a ratchet and an engaging part at the time of normal cancelling, and excels in durability. <P>SOLUTION: A magnet 36 is provided on a cover 3b of a body 3, and a magnetic body 35 that is attracted to the magnet 36 is provided to a ratchet 27. In a state where a bracket 5 is rotated to a left turn instructing position or a right turn instructing position, at the time of the normal cancelling in which a cancel cam is rotated to the same direction as the instructing direction of the bracket 5 by a steering wheel, an attracting force for attracting the magnetic body 35 provided to the ratchet 27 by the magnet 36 provided on the cover 3b reduces a rotating force in a direction in which a reverse cancel cam side end part 27b of the ratchet 27 contacts with the engaging part.
