PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device that fixes the end of a cable to a device body with a simple configuration and saves space occupied by the device body. SOLUTION: The endoscope device includes: flanges 20f and 30f formed on the circumference of the end of the apparatus body of a universal code 4; and grooves 51m1 and 51m2, wherein the part in which at least the flanges 20f and 30f, bend preventing member 20, and root connector 30 of the device body are inserted is bisected, the grooves 51m1 and 51m2 being formed at the bisected part, respectively, so as to sandwich and fix the flanges 20f and 30f, bend prevention member 20, and root connector 30 by fitting in the grooves the flanges 20f and 30f, bend preventing member 20, and root connector 30.
