<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which stably produces printed matter of high quality, which has no image unevenness and interference stripe, even if the formation of latent images is conducted at a high speed at least 10,000 times by using exposure light of 390-450 nm. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, the whole reflection rate in an undercoat layer of exposure light of 390-450 nm is 20-80%, and the deviation of the total film thickness of a charge-transporting layer and a surface-protecting layer is 0.3-2.5 μm.
