COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, FEMTO CELL BASE STATION, AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

A femto cell base station acquires an IP address of a CS relay device from a first management device and makes a connection to the CS relay device according to the acquired IP address of the CS relay device so as to establish a first IPsec Tunnel between the femto cell base station and the CS relay device.  Moreover, the femto cell base station acquires an IP address of a PS relay device from a second management device via the first IPsec Tunnel and makes a connection to the PS relay device according to the acquired IP address of the PS relay device so as to establish a second IPsec Tunnel between the femto cell base station and the PS relay device.
