PURPOSE: A device for removing phosphorus in wastewater and a removing method thereof are provided to remove phosphorus with lightweight cellular concrete of a continuous opening form installing an air and oxygen input device on the top and the top of the device. CONSTITUTION: A method of removing phosphorus in wastewater includes the following steps: molding and cutting aerated concrete through autoclave curing to a circular or a square shape; passing the wastewater through a wastewater processing facility; and performing biological treatment with an air and oxygen input device on the top and the bottom. The aerated concrete includes SiO2 of 50% or more.
