DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR SELECTING CONTENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract, with respect to a street advertisement displayed on a large display, only a person who may view the street advertisement from persons around a street advertisement terminal, and select content to be presented to the person.

SOLUTION: Moving directions of persons around the street advertisement are calculated by use of a portable terminal with GPS function. Whether the moving persons can see the street advertisement on the street display is determined by use of relations between the moving directions and the direction of the display surface of the street advertisement. To the street display set in a place where a person who can see it (viewing target) is present, a content suitable for the viewing target is selected and delivered.
