PURPOSE: A rod guide of a shock absorber equipped with a hydraulic stopper is provided to change a structure to be brief by assembling a body and an extension part of a rod guide which are individually manufactured as components. CONSTITUTION: A rod guide of a shock absorber(50) equipped with a hydraulic stopper(56) comprises: a stopper(60) which guides the movement of a piston rod with being installed in the upper end of a cylinder(52); a main body(57) which contacts to a piston load(54); and an extension part(58) which includes a space in which the stopper generating buffer force by fluid pressure is accommodated and is coupled to the lower end of the main body. The main body comprises a stepped part(57a) formed in the lower end. The extension part is coupled to the outside of the stepped part by being pressed.
