<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device capable of providing an antenna device of a size that is mountable on a cellular phone, or the like, and securing a communication distance suitable for proximity communication. <P>SOLUTION: This antenna device includes: a coil part 12 formed on a magnetic sheet; a transmission circuit with an inductor 16, a first capacitor 14 and the coil part 12 connected, in series with each other; and a reception circuit with the coil part 12, the first capacitor 14, a resistor part 17 and a second capacitor 18 connected in series to one another.
