<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium to be used for recording/reproducing digital video information, and an information reproducing method, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device using the medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information storage medium, cell time information includes a time code table relating to a video object, data in the same location in a video object can be redundantly reproduced in different cells in different PGC. A unit of an address managed in control information to which cell time information and PGC information belong is different from a unit of an AV address defined in an AV file. The cell time information includes information relating to an end position of I picture in the video object. Specific block number information or block number information in the video object and time information relating to reproduction for each specific unit are included in the time code table.
