Provided is a novel bone filler wherein a calcium phosphate (hydroxy apatite) microsphere containing alendronate which is a therapeutic agent for osteoporosis is added to a human demineralized bone matrix. The bone filler of the present invention can be used in a patient with a bone fracture caused by osteoporosis. The bone filler of the present invention is a novel gel and putty one added to a carrier to improve the convenience of using the same.
