PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure of a vehicular back door capable of preventing exfoliation or cracking of spot welding between an inner panel and a reinforcement member. SOLUTION: The reinforcement member 20 includes a lock attachment part 20a connected to a lock attachment seat 18e, an extended part 20b downwardly extended from a rear end of the lock attachment part 20a along a vertical wall 18d and connected to the vertical wall 18d, and a flange 20e bent and formed so as to be stood at a vehicle width direction side ends of the lock attachment part 20a and the extended part 20b. The flange part 20e includes a cutout part 20g formed by cutting at least a corner part 20f in an area from the corner part 20f of the lock attachment part 20a and the extended part 20b to a lower end of the extended part 20b.
