PURPOSE: A wire with flux is provided to improve the mechanical property of welding metal and improve the high temperature resistant uniformity of a first layer welding part. CONSTITUTION: A wire(1) with flux is composed of C 0.03~0.08 mass%, Si 0.10~1.00 mass%, Mn 2.30~3.75 mass%, Ti 0.15~1.00 mass%, TiO2 5.0~8.0 mass%, Al 0.05~0.50 mass%, Al2O3 0.05~0.50 mass%, Mg 0.30~1.00 mass%, and the rest including Fe and inevitable impurities. Ti throughput / Si throughput is 0.20 weight% or greater.
