PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion filter panel and a panel type organic EL emission portion, equipped with a protective layer capable of preventing decomposition of color conversion dyes contained in a color conversion layer of the color conversion filter panel forming a color organic EL display and light emitting dyes (light emitting material or the like) contained in an organic EL layer of a panel type organic EL emission portion and ensuing degradation of function, due to plasma, high-energy particles, high-speed electrons, ultraviolet rays or the like generated upon forming gas barrier layers, and to provide a color organic EL display with a constitution including either or both of them. SOLUTION: The protective layer, arranged on the color conversion layer of the color conversion filter panel, on an organic EL layer of the panel type organic EL emission portion and on an opened face of a transparent electrode, is to contain a hexa-aza-triphenylene derivative, preferably, hexa-aza-triphenylene hexanitrile (HAT-6CN).
