Machine for forming at least a metal mesh comprising longitudinal wires (12) and transverse wires (13), comprising at least a welding unit (17) provided with a plurality of welders (14) by means of which the longitudinal wires (12) are welded to corresponding transverse wires (13), each of the welders (14) comprising at least two electrodes (15, 16), respectively upper (15) and lower (16), selectively movable between a first feed position, in which at least a first electrode (15) is distant from the transverse (13) and longitudinal (12) wires, and a second welding position, in which both the electrodes (15, 16) contact and weld the wires (12, 13) by means of a passage of current. The welding unit (17) is electrically fed by a three-phase type system. |
