<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To profitably provide a photosensitive resin composition excellent in photosensitivity, heat resistance, etc., and to economically provide a cured object of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains a resin (A) soluble in an alkaline aqueous solution, a crosslinking agent (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C) and a curing agent (D), wherein the curing agent (D) is an epoxy resin varnish obtained by adding an organic solvent to a glyoxal-phenol condensate after glycidyl-etherification with an epihalohydrin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
