REMOTE-CONTROLLED DOWNHOLE EQUIPMENT OF GAS, GAS-CONDENSATE, OIL-GAS, OIL DEPOSITS WELL CLUSTER

A group of inventions relates to development of gas, gas-condensate, oil-gas and oil deposits and can be used for control of actuating mechanisms of a well cluster shutting-off devices. The well cluster is connected to a control station. A pump-accumulator station comprises a pump group and a high-pressure pneumatic hydraulic accumulator connected thereto. A control unit comprises power lines of functional control over actuators ÔÇô shutting-off devices, a throttle valve, an underground cutoff valve and a logic control line controlling their operation via a system of stepped retardation of command passing, the line associated with a fusing element and a low and high pressure control valve and equipped with hydraulic distribution valves adapted to duplicate commands for well closure, one of distribution valves transmits a command from a fusing element to the logic control line for a well closure, the other valve transmits a command from the low and high pressure control valve and at least two others accordingly from remote and manual control. A method provides enhancement of reliability and no-failure operation of wells producing hydrocarbon fluid, reducing production cost of hydrocarbons, simplification of technological process control due to automated control of shutoff boreholes devices.
