PURPOSE: A garlic grater is provided to prevent garlic from splashed outside while the garlic is squashed and to easily squash garlic in less time with less power. CONSTITUTION: A garlic grater comprises a handle(1), a supporter(2), punched holes(4), and a circular arc curved bottom surface(3) which are integrally formed in one body. The size of squashed garlic is controlled by the size of the punched holes on the bottom surface. The circular arc curved bottom surface lessens a pressing area to easily squash garlic. |
