PURPOSE: A photoluminescence type phosphor composition and a plasma display panel using thereof are provided to prevent the separation of the phosphor by improving the bonding strength of the phosphor using an inorganic binder. CONSTITUTION: A photoluminescence type phosphor composition contains a photoluminescence type fluorescent substance and an inorganic binder combining the particles of the fluorescent substances. The photoluminescence type fluorescent substance absorbs the light energy and emits the energy into a red, green or blue light. 0.5~3 parts of inorganic binder by weight is mixed with 100 parts of fluorescent substance by weight, when the fluorescent substance is a red fluorescent substance. 0.5~10 parts of inorganic binder by weight is mixed with 100 parts of fluorescent substance by weight, when the fluorescent substance is a green or blue fluorescent substance. |
